Below is information on our Limited Lifetime Warranty and returns and exchanges.


Limited Lifetime Warranty

We are 100% confident in our product quality, we back every bottle with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects.

Please Note: Use warm soapy water to wash your Frios bottle inside and out and never put your Frios bottle in the dishwasher, as that might affect the powder coat on your bottle. 


Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 7 calendar days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of the same value or less, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Sale, clearance or discounted items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Product must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

(For credit card payments it may take 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement).

Please Note:

  • If you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
